• Hi,
    Fails to sync: 413 Error: The Shopify data is too large for your server to handle
    This error occured while calling WP_Shopify\processing\images:process on line 34.

    Similar errors on lines 38 an 40.

    I have reviewed all the Possible solution doc for this error and seem to exceed all of the requirements, but I’m not sure about any SQL size issues. I have reviewed PHP/Appache/NginX and all seems fine. Rreviewed the Shopify app settings too.

    Would like to see it work b4 going with the pro version.

    Help would be appreciated.

    Hi,
    Since I have never used Shopify, I decided to gave it a try.

    Added a set of products titled “… By Larry” and created a “Collection by Larry”.

    The collection title was added to the page but there is no page for
    https://mcbrady-mcmahon.us/collections/collection-by-larry
    So maybe that needs to be manually created? I tried but there was noway to add /collection/ as a parent. Since to resides /collections/ this page must need to be created by Shopify?

    Then did a resync.
    My products were added to the Products page with no changes to the image size so very messy.

    Did I really need to resycnc? I got the collection image added to the collection page, but not another newly added product called “Woodshop by Larry” even though my previously created products “By Larry” were added.

    Hi,

    The ugly Products and missing collections page made me think there were theme issues.

    It is now using an old standby I trust, the twwentyseventeen child theme.

    So the products page looks good, there is still no collection by Larry page and the sync still fails.

    Next I will try to create a WP_DEBUG_LOG.

    WP_DEGUG did not show anything.
    Plugin Inspector shows a number of potential plugin issues, but most do.
    Frustrating.

    Any suggestions for how I can identify the problem?

    I added a Buy Button for grins.

    Not not sure what else I can do to find the source of the error.

    I tried adding this to a second website, it ran for over n hour and the cancellation of the sync is doing the same.
