"Sync Filebase" no longer syncing

My filebase is no longer syncing. O recntly uploaded files via FTP but they are not showing up now or after I manually sync the filebase. Also when I try to manually sync the progress bar doens’t move much past 1-3% and then stops after awhile. No error message or anything.
Any solutions?
