Sync for abandoned carts mail ignores pending orders

Hey there,
I am using the mailchimp abandoned cart automation with the mailchimp integration.
My problem is, that also customers who pay by money transfer end up on the queue for the abandoned cart mail.But these customers already completed their order, their status is just not “in progress” as payment has not arrived which might happen a few days later while abandoned cart mail should be sent 24h later. Imho also pending orders should be synced to mailchimp to avoid this. I currently introduced a custom state I put these orders into, to avoid this. But this is not a nice solution.
