Sync issue

Hi, we installed your plugin and it works better than the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin I must admit. However, we still have some items that haven’t been synced for no apparent reason. Can you assist us in resolving the issue please? I checked the logs and although some logs appear in there, when I click on ‘view status’ a popup window comes up empty.
