Sync Issues

Hi there,
Our WooCommerce store is connected to Mailchimp via this plugin, and some data is not passing. A majority of orders make it through to Mailchimp, but not some.We have, in every case, double-checked the email address on the order with the email address in the Mailchimp profile, and have verified that mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed is equal to 1 in the WooCommerce order. Our most recent sync was Wednesday, March 1 at about 11am, which is a bit concerning as today is March 3. (I did just run a manual sync to get things up to date….it did update the test case.)
Our PHP version is: 5.6.30
Our MySQL version is: 5.6.35
Our host is WP Engine, and we have caching “off” for WooCommerce related areas. But wondering if the object caching is interfering with the syncs and we need to turn off caching for anything else?I do see an error in our log related to this plugin and wonder if this is affecting the sync:
