Sync job applications email with Mailchimp

Hi all
I am using Mailchimp User Sync to automatically add new users from my site to my Mailchimp list, which is great.
However, I also want to automatically add the email addresses of all job applicants to the same Mailchimp list – is this possible?
So, just to clarify, I want to automatically sync all new users (advertisers) AND all new job applications to a Mailchimp list.
