Can you check the logs (https://wpfusion.com/documentation/getting-started/activity-logs/) and see what they show during registration?
You should see a message saying “New user registration, adding contact to Mautic”. If there are any error messages they will be displayed there as well.
Also keep in mind that the Lite (free) version of WP Fusion does not officially support any membership plugins. The only thing we can guarantee is that if you add a new user via Users >> Add New in the admin, their details will be synced with Mautic.
