    Hi,

    Last week we installed W3 Total Cache in our Woocommerce site. Before that, your plugin was syncing to Mailchimp without any problem. After this installation, we noticed that the shop had stopped syncing with Mailchimp.

    I have removed the cache plugin, deleted and reinstall Mailchimp for Woocommerce.
    However, now when I try to Sync the shop, it gets stuck forever and doesn’t sync the shop.

    I’m not sure if the cache plugin was the problem or not.

    Hi, thanks for your response!
    I think I figured it out. I had disconnected WP Cron jobs on config file.
    The reason I did was to make WP load faster, but apparently it messes up with many plugins, included yours.
    After enabling it again, it works!
