Sync not working

Hi,
Sync of products is not working on our site any more.
Have no idea what happened or when it happened. Just realised it as some prices were not correct on Meta and some new products were not synced.
It has been working before. Our catalog is on Meta. It is just not updated any more. Even when forcing a sync in the plugin.
In Meta it just gives me this. It’s in danish but it basically says “Unknown error (89 products affected)” and “Something went wrong” Not really helpful. We don’t get any errors in Woocommerce. Just no sync.
All plugins and everything else is up to date on our site. I have tried resetting the connection multiple times and turned off other plugins systematically but to no avail.
Can You please help me troubleshoot?

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs and Facebook error logs(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors and Facebook errors.

You are correct, the fatal errors do not seem to be related to this issue.
Have you made any changes to the website recently? This could be adding or removing plugins or custom code, updating the theme or plugins, etc.
Have you changed anything like your Facebook account password and do you have?2FA enabled for your account? This sometimes triggers connection issues.
You can try the following steps so we can gather more information why sync doesn’t work anymore:
1 – Enable debug log here at the bottom: WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook for WooCommerce

3 – Then look for Facebook errors again to see if there are any

As I don’t know when the sync problems started, it is hard to say if any new plugins or code has triggered it. The newest plugins added are Complianz Privacy Suite, Query Monitor and Admin and Site Enhancements. I tried disabling all of them, but that didn’t help. I also tried disabling Litespeed Cache plugin. Didn’t help either.
I do change Facebook password sometimes. But not since the last time I reset the connection. 2FA is enabled.
This is the only new entry in the logs after enabling debug mode and syncing products. Still get the same “Something went wrong” error in Meta.

I have the same problem.
The plugin does not feed data to the catalog.
I carried out several tests also enabling the plugin log, but no errors appear (the files are attached), I disconnected and reconnected the plugin to Facebook but no data was sent. I do not see anything related to Facebook when using that URL. It is all Google stuff.
Anyway – I tried disconnecting from Marketing –> Facebook –> Connection and deleting every single product on Meta and removing the Woocommerce integration in Meta Business Manager. Pretty much a clean slate…
Tried reconnection after this and all products were added instantly with correct prices and so on… Yay!
BUT after this they don’t sync anymore. I get the exact same useless error “Unknown error. Something went wrong” in Meta as before when trying to sync manually or when updating a single product…

Are those steps not just reconnecting? The info/screenshots in the documentation seems a bit dated. The options in the plugin does not look quite like that now. It doesn’t say “uninstall” anymore. It says “disconnect”. Anyway that’s exactly what I did. But also deleted all products in Meta BM and removed the Woocommerce integration entirely in Meta BM. I tried many times just disconnecting and reconnecting. That does not work, as only the initial sync seems to be succesful.

The number of products in our shop is not static. As of now we have 90 active products and all of those were syncronized correctly after the latest reconnect. All products were created the normal way and they are all simple products, but about 60% of the products do have addons enabled from that plugin. Do you think that is causing issues?

It is correct that the sync does not work properly after the initial succesful reconnection and sync. Funny thing is, that it actually seems to sync correctly sometimes but throws an error anyway in Meta BM. I did not disable all other plugins when testing.
Amother thing to mention: I never get a “product UPDATED on Facebook” in the product page in Woocommerce when updating or testing. I get an initial “product CREATED on facebook” when reconnecting though. It seems creating works but updating doesn’t
