“Sync Now” Not Working

Whenever I press the “Sync Now” button, the last synched date does not change.

I have the latest version of the plugin. The plugin worked fine a couple of weeks ago, with the previous version.

I tried to re-authenticate, but it did not fix the problem.

My mapping is wrong because of this and I cannot use the plugin anymore.
