Specifically, could you provide screenshots of the WooCommerce System Status report page? That can be found by going to the WordPress admin panel sidebar > WooCommerce > System Status.

— What is the version of PHP on the site?
— What is the version of MySQL on the site?
— What is the version of WooCommerce on the site?
— What is the version of WordPress on the site?
— What theme is currently being used? Does changing to a different theme resolve the issue?
— What plugins are currently active? Does deactivating all plugins except “MailChimp For WooCommerce” resolve the issue?
