Sync Speed?

We are using the plugin to sync between woocommerce orders and mailchimp audiences. Unfortunately, too much time happen between the said purchases and the customer subscribing and the actual time it makes it in mailchimp (2-3 hours later). Which doesn’t work in the context of our Journeys (for which we pay for mailchimp….). Emails need to arrive much closer to purchases.

We had many exchanges with Mailchimp support about that, and despite us asking for help or recommendations, they basically said there was nothing to be done (which I doubt).

So I’m trying here. Is there something to be done to improve that?? Technically speaking ? Thanks in advance….
