    Thanks for the post. I’d love to take a look and help trouble shoot this issue with you if you’d like. If so, please reply back with the following information:

    – A link to your site with the plugin installed
    – Steps taken during setup
    – What you are seeing on your end that the sync stalled (did no one get carried over into your mailchimp list? Any error messages and/or screenshots would be excellent as well.)
    – What theme is being used?
    – What version of PHP are you currently running, and does your environment meet the minimum requirements listed here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
