Sync User Data across all sites in a Multisite

  • I need help syncing members on Multisite , and synchronizing my Custom User Roles I created, and synchronizing that the user email confirmation Status.

    Is there a solution to this situation? Please help me!!!

    Solution: To copy the roles to all sites
    using plugin User Role Editor and Select Role and change its capabilities: (select the role you want) then check box ?Apply to All Sites and update .

    It seems that the solution I made was not suitable currently. If the user is using Custom Roll and wants to go to the home page of a second site, he is redirected to the user’s page. 

    https://mainsite.com/subsite/user/USER_NAME/?redirect_to=https://MAINSITE.com/subsite/

    And any other link on the subsite works fine.
    Disable user data cache is Activated.

    Also, is there a good way for me to automatically sync the rules between my sites when any new user registers? “note” The site can easily be started fresh if needed
