    After I have configured the authentication (oauth2) and all seems work correctly,

    I have supposed to see all my wordpress contacts into the Mautic’s contacts.
    Is correct?

    I have made also a rule on the wordpress side that all the new registration pass in segments.

    I don’t see any contact in mautic, what is my mistake?

    Yes, That is how it is supposed to work.

    Can you give a screenshot of your rule so that I can check if there is anything that is not working there?

    I have exatly the same issue, oauth2 seems to work, all segments are visible in the rules, but a simple rule to add registered users to a segment does nothing.

    Using Mautic v2.14.2 and WordPress v4.98

    I had the same problem, and in my case, I had the “THERE APPEARS TO BE AN ERROR WITH THE CONFIGURATION” problem too.

    But still not working.
    maybe it is the versions of Mautic and WordPress

    I am using the new version of Mautic v2.15.0 and WordPress 4.9.9

    I fix “THERE APPEARS TO BE AN ERROR WITH THE CONFIGURATION” problem, it was Mautic Cache.

    Now I will re-test this issue.

    Same issue here. I’ve tried clearing Mautic cache and it doesn’t help.
    The connection seems fine. When new user registers it is added to the segment correctly, but existing users aren’t. Also when an existing user updates their profile this information is not synced.

    I’ve also tried adding functions for custom fields with no luck.

    Do we need to add any specific crons for this? I read some integrations need these crons:

    mautic:integration:fetchleads
    mautic:integration:pushactivity
    mautic:integration:pushleadactivity
    mautic:integration:synccontacts

    Any ideas would be great.
