[NSFW] Sync with Square Not Removing Products from WooCommerce Store

    We have sync enabled with Square as the system of record but products that get removed from Square are still showing in the WooCommerce store.

    Is there a setting that needs to be enabled to get products in WooCommerce to match Square?

  • Hi,

    One possibility is that some products are still cached by the WooCommerce cache. You can navigate to?WooCommerce > Status > Tools?and make sure to clear the following fields:

    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Delete Orphans
    – Clear template cache
