In the Pro plan, you can import your existing WordPress users into the Email Subscribers plugin. Also, you can filter which users to import based on their user roles.

Currently, from the subscription form, users can subscribe to a particular list but it is available for both logged-in and guest users. Also currently subscribers(both logged-in and guest) can update their list preferences from the unsubscribe endpoint but there is no specific page that logged-in users can visit from the site directly. They can go to the unsubscribe endpoint by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email. In the Starter/Pro plan, the admin can allow subscribers to subscribe/unsubscribe from specific lists to which they have added previously.

Regarding your request for a specific page for updating subscription preferences, we have added it as a feature request. We will see if we can add this in the upcoming releases if we get more such kind of request.
