    Hello everyone,

    Unfortunately, there have been massive errors with the plug-in for some time now. At the moment, articles are no longer synchronized.
    Only the message “This product is not yet synced to Facebook.” appears for each product.

    I have also tried a manual synchronization via the plug-in settings page, unfortunately without success.

    A second problem is the fact that after importing new products via CSV file, each product variation (they are all variable products, clothes in different sizes and colors) is set to “do not sync to Facebook” and I have to check the “sync” box for each variation individually.

    I would be very grateful for your help.

    At this point, there could be two possible causes of this issue.
    The first one is an issue with the FB connection.
    I suggest you disconnect the FB connection and reconnect it.

    The second one is inventory settings.
    If the product inventory count is not properly sent to FB, it will cause products to not sync with the catalog. I noticed that you have a plugin that manages the inventory of your products.
    I suggest you disable that and try the sync process again.

    After trying all these steps, if the problem persists then there should be some error logs.
    Go to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and find log entries with the keyword Facebook.
    Once you find them share the entires with me via https://paste.mozilla.org.

    The SSR you share appears to have expired.

    It seems like there might be a problem with the FB account permission based on the error log.
    Could you kindly confirm if you are the owner of the shop page?
    Are there any other members or owners involved that we should be aware of?

    As for the CSV import issue you mentioned initially, would you mind sharing the CSV file with us for further inspection?

    Lastly, could you please provide us with the SSR of your website?

    thank you! I hope you’re having a great day too!

    I checked the settings fot the FB business portfolio and I have full and unlimited access rights for all pages, accounts etc.

    There is in fact a second admin but this account was never used to connect with woocoomerce or anything.
    What do you assume to be the issue with the permission?
    And why did it just started to occur seemingly out of the blue?

    For the CSV and SSR – I will add that info soon!

    I considered concerns about Facebook permissions causing errors because we had a similar case in the past. But since you are the account owner, we can rule out permissions as the issue.

    To assist you further, could you please provide a copy of your site’s System Status Report??
    You can access it through WooCommerce > Status.?
    Click on Get system report and then Copy for support.
