Synch stopped working

    Hi,

    i got everything fine. Products are synchronized od FB store. But now when i add a product i got that there is no data available. On wp-admin, produkct page i got facebook id, everything looks fine but not working.

    i resnch poducts, reconect facebook with woo and it is still the same. like here
    facebook.com/4314503051944202

    Does someone know what is happening ?

    Hi there,

    Can you share a screenshot of where you saw there is no data available? How to share screenshot with us.

    Could you also share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

    Hello @rado85,

    Thanks for the SSR and the screenshots. I need some additional information to proceed:

    * When you visit your Facebook Catalog from your Facebook account. Are you able to see the product there?

    * Head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Now, choose the recent Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Finally, copy and paste the recent Facebook log directly from here.

    If you don’t have the log enabled already then please follow the below steps:

    1. Head to Marketing > Facebook.
    2. Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
    3. Repeat the steps to replicate the error. It should generate the log.

    done step in point 3 – i enabled debug mode.

    maybe you want some admin access?

    Thanks for performing those tests and sharing the results with us.

    As only some of your products are missing from the Facebook shop, I think that’s due to those products being:

    Can you please check those and let us know if those are the same products that aren’t showing in Facebook?

    Can you navigate to Marketing > Facebook and confirm that you do not have any categories or tags excluded from syncing? That page should look like the following screenshot: https://d.pr/i/9T2w0O

    Additionally, can you confirm that Facebook sync option for the product variations is properly configured? You can find this option by editing a product and then navigating to the Variation tab under Product Data. It should look like the following screenshot: https://d.pr/i/JZUPmx
