    We have updated our Woo Commerce and Facebook plug in. We’ve added new products since the update, and we are unable to see those products on our Instagram account. We would like to be able to tag our new products in IG.

    First, my apologies for the delay in my response. We’ve been experiencing a high support volume lately, which has definitely slowed us down. We’re working feverishly to reply to all merchants, so we hope we’ll be back to our usual response time soon! I really appreciate your patience!

    Regarding your request, would it be possible to let me know if the new products appear in your Facebook Shop as expected after synced? Also, could you let me know a bit more on what you’re referring to when you mention “tag new products in Instagram?” Are you looking for a specific process that you’d like to follow?
