Synchronize data between 2 webs

  • I have 2 same WP webs, there is in using custom post type and ACF (advanced custom fields), my question is, can I sync data between this 2 webs for my custom post type, the name of post types is on both webs the same, or can I get data from one website on other over external connection? What’s recommended?
