Synchronizing Different Feeds on WordPress Blog

HI,

I was wondering if I can use the power of feeds to populate my WP blog. I plan using other similar blogs’ feeds to get content automatically each time they make a post. Then my blog will get updated with these posts and when clicked on, it will lead them back to the original source.

Is there a code, theme or plugin that can do this? Not on the sidebar but as the main content itself.
