Syncing & Cancellations

1. Two reservations were received one from website & one from Booking.com… no syncing occurred from Booking.com. Now we cannot delete either of the bookings.
2. Recieving a number of cancellations (via email) for existing bookings that have definately NOT been cancelled…
Any ides??
