    Hi, team.

We are running the sync from our site, which has 3000 user data. However I am running the sync for more than 3 hours, still I have only 131 user added in Mailchimp. After this, I don’t see any progress in mailchimp end.

I really need urgent support here.

@mouindi the site requires the action scheduler to be running, which can be a little tricky in certain hosting environments. Is this a site that has a lot of live traffic? Does the site use heavy caching strategies? If so you might need to take a look at a cron scheduler to make sure the site is processing jobs the right way. It sounds as if you’ve got a situation related to caching and the scheduler not running as fast as it could be.

Please check out our github wiki for more details around the action scheduler settings.

Hi @ryanhungate, thanks for the help.

Let me check with my hosting.

Hi?@ryanhungate,?last day the sync stopped after 133 contact.

Today we re-run the sync, and after 188 contact, it is not importing any further users. It might happen that the corn is stopped or stalled. So, what might be the reason behind this.

Also, we have contacted the server admin, there is no error log here.

We even disabled all the process, to minimize the load, still the syncing got stopped. Can you please use “Remote diagnostics for the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin allows our development team to troubleshoot syncing issues.” option to debug this issue.

Hi @ryanhungate , any update on this?

Just a quick update: Every time I run the sync, it stops after exactly 188 contacts.

@mouindi what version of the plugin do you have installed currently? Can you please enable the “remote support” option in the plugin and let us know your store domain when you’ve done that? We’ll see if there’s anything that pops out to assist better.

@mouindi Hi there! Circling back. Did you still need assistance? If so, do you mind letting us know which version of the plugin you have installed and enabling remote support. If support is no longer needed. We can close this out. Thanks!

@mouindi the fact your plugin is syncing the same number of contacts / orders makes me instantly think that it has something to do with the way your site might have been migrated to the new WooCommerce High Performance storage. Are you saying that when you view your customers screen, you see 3,000 customers? Or do you have 3,000 “users” in your system?

We’re trying to wrap our heads around this right now but it’s a little hard to do being outside of your server. We’ll be glad to help out of course, just need to know a little more info to do that.

Hi @ryanhungate , we are using latest mailchimp plugin version 4.4 (https://snipboard.io/PIlpaW.jpg) and yes, HPOS is enabled.

We have also enabled the remote support option : https://snipboard.io/81kpw9.jpg

As you can see we have 3175 customers (https://snipboard.io/4cgjnt.jpg), and at the time of sync we have added the tag “newmvxsep”, but it has only added 288 users in mailchimp end : https://snipboard.io/TSJWR4.jpg. We have run the last sync on 9th September.

Hi @mouindi, what’s your store URL? We’ll be happy to dive in a little more to see if we can spot anything.

Hi @mouindi, we restarted your sync and everything looks normal. If for some reason data still doesn’t populate, can you give us some order ID’s to look up? Keep in mind that orders with the following statuses do not sync from WooCommerce to Mailchimp:

    1. On Hold
    2. Draft
    3. Pending
    4. Failed

Only orders with the statuses of?Processing,?Completed, and?Paid?are synchronized by default.
