Syncing Issues. Freezes site

    Hey Andrew

    Our website we are building currently has an issue everytime we try and resync. When we click to resync, it gets stuck at the “removing any existing data first” bit and every time we try and cancel it, it stays stuck (we’ve waiting for amount 5min one time). We’ve tried the recommended settings for syncing as well but no change. The website is then unable to load as it seems like this process is still going. The only way we’ve been able to stop it is to kill all site processes in the server.

    I wondering if you’ve come across any issues like this in the past and am looking for some insight into this issue.

    Sure thing.

    Looks like our server was timing out scripts that went over a certain time limit so we boosted the max execution time and it looks like that fixed it.
