• I am a PRO subscriber, but the priority support form on our website isn’t working (I’m getting a runtime error) and no one will respond to my emails. So I guess I’ll try here and hope for the best!

    Like I said, I have the PRO version of the app installed, and I have a youtube gallery embedded. The latest videos are not populating the gallery as they come out, though. Can you please advise how I can keep the gallery up-to-date?

    Hi,

    Do you have caching turned on? If so, you might need refresh it and maybe reduce the lifetime. Also, feel free to reply to the email address provided in your Pro Welcome Email if you’re having a hard time with the support form.

    I apologize for not responding here. I got a response to my email, finally. I appreciate this plugin, and think it is very helpful for our clients, but the customer service is a bit difficult in my experience.
