    When I sync a product, all aspects except for the ‘Stock Status’ seems to sync.

    It is correct when I import the product (I have products that are ‘On Back Order’) but this doesn’t update on Syncing.

    Is this not an option with the S2W plugin?

    The syncing product data is available in the premium version only, you can see this part of our documentation and this product status – On Back Order can be synced normally.

    If you are using the premium version of this plugin, please raise a ticket on this support forum.

    Thank you – I do have the Premium Version and I have just purchased it again for the extra 12 months of support.

    However, I still can’t see the full threads on the other forum you linked, it just says ‘Your support time is expired. Please renew here. Which I have done.

    I also tried creating a ticket but just got ‘You can not create topic at this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.’ Which I cannot find an option to do anywhere on villatheme.com

    Am I doing something wrong?

    After the renewal, you must re-authenticate on our system for the renewal to be updated on our system. Please kindly follow this guide.
