hello, I am having issues with the right settings for syncing stock from Zettle to Woocommerce and other way around. Everytime I change the stock in Zettle, the amount changes in Woocommerce by decreasing or increasing instead of overwriting the stock level. I think this is a setting issue, but can’t find out what to check or uncheck. Best way would be to set the correct stock in Zettle. This data(level) will than be pushed to Woocommerce so the amount will be the same. After selling in either Woocommerce or Zettle the stock will decrease by 1 (-1)> Hope you can help me out. I can create a login account if preferred.. Thanks in advance, Lars

    Hey!

Apologies for the late response! This sounds very strange as overwriting the stock value is the default method we are using when updating the stocklevels in both systems. Would it be possible to send some screenshots showing what settings you are currently using in the plugin to our support at [email protected]? Then we’ll have a better idea of what is going on.

    /Carl
