Hey guys, I have sent a ticket, but I was just wondering if anyone is about that can help or had the same issue, it’s Sunday, but i’m hoping there are some pro’s out there?

How do you sync variations from CSV? I have tried over and over again but it’s not happening. So I import everything with no problem, on the original import everything works great, all variations are in, images, all linked up nicely, even the stock levels.

But when I get the newest stock feed and update it as by the WP all import tutorial, all my products go down to 1 variation and 1 colour?

I have only matched the SKU and stock level as the tutorial shows. It’s driving me crazy!

    Cheers

Sorry, when I meant 1 variation, I mean size.

    For example,

I have small, medium and large

with colours red, black and white

Then when I try to update the the stock, it just shows options size: small and colours: black. Missing all the other sizes and colours.

Hope that clears it up a bit.

It sounds like you’re not just updating the stock fields with your update import. Please see this tutorial: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/woocommerce/syncing-stock/. In step 4 we use the “Choose which data to update” option and we only update these fields:

    _manage_stock
    _stock

This is very important to make sure you don’t lose any other data (i.e. data that you’re not importing).

If doing this does not help, then we’ll really need to see your import data/settings – in this case, replicate the problem at https://wpallimport.com/debug and open a ticket at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the details.

@wpallimport Could i reopen this thread because this is working fine but if its a variation product it seems it is not ticking the manage stock checkbox in a variation and also filling the stock level out, it is doing single products perfectly and the inventory tab stock level on variable products only,

do you know how to fix this as i need to import the stock using my csv also to variations

    Hi @joeeyireland1628 ,
