Syndiacted Sites Link – permissions error

Everything with the plugin is working with the exception of the “Synidacated Sites” link. visiting that link results in the error:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I put the plugin into debug mode, this is what I got when I visited that link:
