Syntax Error after install

I installed the the POS plugin and activated it. When I try to visit the POS quickpics.net/pos I get the following error.

No matter what I try to do with in the POS including viewing products or even Reciepts it all returns the same Syntax Error. I have tried unistalling re-installing, Deactivating and re-activating with the same results. Also I have no option to add products directly to POS as there is no Menu button in the top left as I have seen in other posts regarding the products
