Syntax error in archive – how to solve?

    Hello.
    I am hoping someone can help me. My ISP had a server crash, and after recreation of it all, I now get this error when I try to acces an archive. What is the problerm and how do I fix it?
    It is the version of WP just before 2.2, since it was installed through cpanel. version 2.1.13?

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/pangasi/public_html/knostofta/wp-content/themes/breaking-news-10/archive.php on line 31

    [Edit: I solved it afetr finding similar problems posted in other places. It was a ‘ that was missing after the date format. Sorry for posting]
