Syntax error in plugin?

  • I just updated the plugin and The plugin can’t be activated. I get an error:

    “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘::’ (T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM) in /home1/glowgift/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forms-gutenberg/triggers/email.php on line 461”

    This is shown at the top of the plugin page.
