Syntax Highlighter in Plugins/Themes Missing

    I’ve got WP 2.8.3 and had 2.8.2 prior to that. On both installs the syntax highlighting feature isn’t available anywhere in the screen options. I remember seeing it there previously. Was the feature removed? Or did I somehow disable it?
