Syntax highlighter not working with Tinymce advanced editor

Hi,

I am trying to use any syntax highlighter such as Syntaxhighlighter Evolved, Prettycode, Enlighter no one seems to work with tinymace editor. The only I can get formatting is of [pre] and [code] for syntax. I am using Hueman theme.

I can get the formatting of tinymce only either code tag or pre tag as boxed layout but no highlighting for the code is happening.

Please help someone why no highlighter is working is it due to Hueman theme or editor. Do I need to modify something. I have disabled embed.js on my site.
