Sorry, but is this problem related somehow to mqTranslate?

Hi, thanks for your quick answer,

the fact is that when mqTranslate is active, no other text editor can be activated.

So if I use mqtranslate, I loose the features previously mentioned of my usual code editor plugin. This is how this “problem” is related to mqtranslate.

I really use the Code Editor all the time, even for writting article, with IDs, in page hyperlinks, class and other stuffs.
But it’s not as easy without code dedicated functionality.

But if there is a way to have two different editors at the same time, or the ability to choose which one we want to use before editing an article, so yes, my problem is not related to mqtranslate. But my research about that don’t give me any good results.

I understand that it could be hard to implement, if not impossible, it is just a suggestion.

    thanks again for listening ??

I’d be interested in that response as well since I discovered mqtranslate only today and really like the functionality it offers but I can’t use it together with WP Emmet which in his own has a lot of very useful funcionality as well ??

It’d be nice to have the best of both worlds … if possible of course!

Many thanks for your great work

I’m glad to see someone support my feature request, i think i was the only one who needed such feature, that i still find very important.

I’d rather find a clean way to disable the mqtranslate editor than having to edit without synthax highlighting. The comment tags for language are easy to handle, i dont really need a crucial editor for thay.

If you (the developper) find my feature request isn’t intersting or a priority, that i can uderstand, can you give us a clean way to desactivate the language editor ?

Using outdated version of the plugin is the only way i find. Not very recommanded, but… Synthax highlighting is not a gadget for me. I never use the Ysig editor, and almost all my post have custom html class in it.

    Thanks.
