    Have you tried without www?
    And use https, not http.

    I have no such error using https://api-free.deepl.com from my DeepL account, so probably it is not this part of the URL that is being rejected. Can you please post the full URL that is being sent to DeepL? (minus your key of course). You’ll have to look in your browser’s network inspector to find this.

    My plugin doesn’t throw an error that says “The URI is malformed” so I’m guessing this is the API response. I need the above information to debug that.
