    Hi! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Could you check your web server’s error_log for any messages from PHP?

    Alternatively you can use the developer tools in your browser to try and find the culprit. In chrome that’s Ctrl+Shift+i, and then select the network tab. The request with the error should have the name admin-ajax.php?action=h5p_files, and if you select it you should find the error under “Preview” or “Response”.
    You might have to open the developer tools/network tab before you upload the file. The “funnel” icon should make it possible to filter/search after “h5p_files”.
