SyntaxHighlighter Evolved: Windows Live Writer

I’m using the SyntaxHighlighter Evolved plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/syntaxhighlighter/) on my blog (https://www.dennismadsen.net/). When I’m editing my blog-pages the indent of my source code in SyntaxHighlighter disappears.
Normally I’m using Windows Live Writer to write all my blog-pages. But when I publish the page from Windows Live Writer HTML-tags is displayed in ascii-codes.How can I fix this?
