SyntaxHighlighter Exposed broken?

I recently upgraded my WordPress installation, and my SyntaxHighlighter Exposed plugin seems to have broken. The code snippets are being displayed in a monospaced font, but no other decoration is present. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-in, but nothing has changed. I do have

<?php wp_footer(); ?>

I’m not sure how else to debug this. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
