    Good Morning,

I love your plugin! Helps us keep track of who did what. Recently we have an issue, it says “System” has deleted x page. Why did the system delete a page? Screen shot is below, and I verified myself, it deleted the page and I had to remake it. It was a thank you page so easy enough to fix, but it could happen again to a more meaningful page.

To my understanding since its registering a “system” its not a user that did it. Any insight into preventing it from happening again?

    Thanks,
    Brett

    Hello Brett,

Thank you for using our plugin and for the positive feedback.

To start off with, when the plugin reports system as a user it means that a process inside of WordPress created such event and not a user.

Now, why the system deleted such page? Unfortunately I cannot give you a direct answer though maybe you can start by checking out what type of cron jobs there on your WordPress with a plugin such as WP Control.

I trust the above helps you find a solution and should you need further assistance you can also get in touch directly via our contact page.

In the meantime would appreciate if you can spare a minute and rate our plugin.

    Have a good day.
