    Hello OceanWP Support,

    After installing the free Extra Ocean plugin, I’m getting these messages when checking on System Info. I did get in touch with my hosting provider and these are all enable. I also installed the demos, and get the same thing.

    I did get in touch with support at OceanWP, but come to realize that this plug-in is free.

    SoapClient: Your server does not have the SOAP Client class enabled – some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected.

    DOMDocument: Your server does not have the DOMDocument class enabled – HTML/Multipart emails, and also some extensions, will not work without DOMDocument.

    GZip: Your server does not support the gzopen function – this is required to use the GeoIP database from MaxMind. The API fallback will be used instead for geolocation.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Since you already wrote to us using the ticketing system, I know you have received a reply for that. Also, when you’re a client, you can use the ticketing system for our free products as well.

    Sometimes hosting providers have these options enabled using different methods than those this feature uses for checking. It depends on the overall setup.

    Kindly note that this is only for troubleshooting purposes and that of informational nature – it does not represent neither replace the health status checker and other similar checkup. For example, you might experience some problems and we might ask for this information if necessary.

    So if your hosting provider has confirmed everything is enabled and fine, you have nothing to worry about.
