• Hello,

Congrats on really great plugin. One problem.

I am implementing your plugin for a client who has three different locations and everything seemed fine. On carrying out some test bookings I seem to be able to make a double booking for a time slot.

Here is the scenario. In one of my clients locations there is only one member of staff who essentially performs two services. I have made connections for the (x1)location + (x2)services + (x1)same worker.

Now I would have expected that since there is only one worker, if I book Service ‘A’ at 10:00am on 15/11/2015 (for example), then Service ‘B’ should also be ‘blocked off’ at that time as there is no worker to perform the service? This is not happening!

Currently I am able to book Service ‘A’ at 10:00 on 15/11/2015 and then I can make a new booking for Service ‘B’ ALSO at 10:00 on 15/11/2015 – both with the same worker! What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be great. Here is the URL:- https://www.roches.ie/online-booking/

    Thanks – Gerard

  • Hi Gerard,

there is a option for worker to limit track if there is other services active on that time. That is a second opton from top on settings > customization page. Just mark that and try again to book that other service for the same worker.

    Best regards,
    Nikola
