    How can I solve this problem. Please help me. I couldn’t load the page or the editor for the page where the shortcode was used. When I activate the plugin the error showing. This error showing”page unresponsive. You can wait for it to become responsive or exit the page” I am using the Flatsome theme.

    Thanks for contacting us. I have visited the page you shared , but found nothing there! Maybe, you have disabled the ticker. Keep it live until I check the page. Otherwise, I can’t help you.

    Yes, I disabled it because I’m working on this site. I can’t work if I enable this plugin.

    No other user has encountered this type of error yet! You must enter the ticker shortcode in the correct place. It’s hard for me to come up with a solution without knowing where you’re inserting the shortcode.
