    Hello,

We are currently having a glitch with the custom tabs when the product is translated into foreign languages. All the tabs show up with contents, but whenever I click to another tab, the contents of all the tabs disappear.
    Please see this link included.

There is no problems whatsoever with the English version of the above link.

Btw, please advise how to remove the word “Ingredients” under the INGREDIENTS tab.

    Thanks a lot.

  • Hi @hongpham,

Yes, I see the same thing happening. It looks like your translation plugin is translating more than just text. It is also translating class names and ID’s, which changes the HTML structure of the page. That is interfering with the WooCommerce tabs and breaking the links. If there is a way to exempt that content from the translation, it would fix the problem.

As for removing the title from the tab content, there is an option in the pro version of the plugin which allows you to hide the title. You can find a link to the pro version here.

    Thanks,
    Jon

Thanks Jon. I’ve checked the code and found that the translation did not translate the class names and the ID. Still unsure what causes the issues.

    Hi @hongpham,

It seems that the links are now working on that page. Two tabs are empty because they only contained the title, which is now being hidden.

Is there content assigned to the “Ingredients” and “Directions for Use” tabs? They are empty on the English version as well.

    Thanks,
    Jon
