  • Hello @erenacarboga ,

    Okay, this is interesting.

Can you please share the product URL that has this problem? It can come from a conflict issue. Would you mind running through these tests and let me know how it goes?

    1. Switch to a default theme i.e. Twenty Twenty / Storefront
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and then activate them one by one to figure out the faulty one.

Test your feature after each activation/deactivation. More details on the conflict test here.

If the above does not help please share your WooCommerce configuration details from wp-admin > WooCommerce > Status so we can understand a bit more about the problem.

    Thank you ??

When I changed the theme, the problem was fixed. This was a problem due to the OnePress theme. How can I solve this problem in theme. (Except changing the theme)

    Hello @erenacarboga ,

    I understand the situation.

For cases like these, you can either contact the theme developers. If you are using this theme OnePress you can ask for help from their support forum.

Alternatively, you can take help from a professional developer to make your theme compatible with WooCommerce.

    Thank you ??
