I noticed the following error when I tried to access the gallery using the TAB key: the navigation stops and the page crashed. How to fix this?
It was necessary to click on the browser’s back button, with the mouse, to return to the page where the gallery is.
When it crashes, the photo appears, but the lightbox background becomes black and the control buttons do not appear.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, dear @joseaoka,

Thanks for reaching out to us,

Could you kindly specify what browser you are using? Our team has tried to reproduce the issue but we failed to do this,

If the bug still persists on your side, could we kindly ask you for a recording of your actions and console error logs you are getting when encountering the error.

    To do that, please:
    1. Open the DevTools on the faulty page
Press Command+Option+J (Mac) or Control+Shift+J (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS) to jump straight into the Console panel of Chrome DevTools.
Or, navigate to More Tools > Developer Tools from Chrome menu, and click Console tab.
    2. The error console will open. If you don’t see any errors try reloading the page. The error may be generated when the page loads. The console will provide you with the error type, the location of the error and the line number

Will be looking forward to hearing back from you,
Thank you very much in advance,
    Have a pleasant day!`

    Hello @nikitaanisimov
    Thanks for the recommendations!

I did what you suggested, but the console doesn’t record the problem that I indicated as an error (I don’t know why), but it keeps happening.
I noticed that when I mouse over a photo it opens a URL and when I navigate using the TAB key it opens another URL and crashes.

For example, the “jardim-de-inverno-600×400” photo navigating by mouse goes to:
    https://ideiaverdejardinscriativos.com.br/servicos/#bwg14/143

And when I navigate using the TAB key, it goes to this other URL and crashes:
    https://ideiaverdejardinscriativos.com.br/wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery/jardim-de-inverno-600×400.jpg?bwg=1659711454

We ran these tests using two browsers and the result was the same: Chrome version 103.0.5060.134 (Official version) 64-bit and Firefox version 103.0.1 (64-bit).
We are working with WordPress version 6.01, PHP version 7.4, WP Accessibility plugin 1.9.1 and Photo Gallery plugin version 1.7.1.

If you have any other suggestions, we’d appreciate it.
    Thanks!

    Dear @joseaoka, hello again,

Thank you for a detailed description of your issue,

As of now lightbox is only prompted on mouse click – TAB navigation opens the images link in a new window, therefore this is an expected behaviour of the plugin navigation-wise,

The error, however, should not be caused by the second action and we could not reproduce it, therefore could we kindly ask you to send us the screenshot of the crash?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Greetings @nikitaanisimov
    Thanks for the new message.
As you suggested, I am sharing in the attached link a screenshot showing that TAB navigation does not open a new window on our site. The file is on google drive and the name is
    “jao screenshot tab issue 08092022.JPG”
So, when I accessing a photo from the gallery using TAB navigation, the photo opens in the same window and keyboard navigation stops. And I can only go back to the page “Servi?o” by clicking on Chrome’s back button with the mouse (indicated in the screenshot). That is, if the person is browsing only by keyboard, she/he will not be able to leave the photo and return to the original page, not even using the ESC key, only using the mouse.
    Thanks again!

    Dear @joseaoka, hello again

As I previously mentioned, I am afraid that this is gallery’s expected behaviour as of now when accessing a photo using TAB – it opens the original image in a separate window instead of a lightbox,

The lightbox is currently designed only with mouse navigation in mind,

Thank you very much for understanding, please let me know if you have any further questions,
    Have a great day
