tab on store page

hello how are you, following the support threads I have so far a tab in store page as art_work and a field in setting as website. I created a hook in the art work template and I can display the content of the website field there but I need it to be a multi-input file upload field to allow providers to upload images and display them in my art work hook.

could you help me with that final snippet?
