Tabbed Widget breaks other widgets?

I have sent the plugin author an email regarding this and he immediately wrote back (thank you!) and said that it has to do with my theme (which is Atahualpa). So I reported this to the Theme creators and they in turn say that somehting’s boken in Tabbed Widgets.
