Tabbed Widgets Problem

Hi,
i dont get it work.
I only can put Widgets in the TW, when they are in the sidebar as normal widgets.
If i remove the normal widgets from sidebar, i cant add them to TW.
Also not in the invisible area.
Whats wrong here?
